It keeps you going!

Great app to keep you going while you are training. Makes it intense, but short. It seems like what you are doing is actually giving you some results. The movements are well explained with 3D videos that you can rotate to see the full movement. The only downside, you dont know what muscle is getting worked out . Yes, you know what category the exercice classify itself in, but not precisely enough.

WatchCrash

Pretty cool app. It crashes way too often on the Apple Watch S2. All my software is up to date & iphone 6s. •Just do 1 circuit at a time and dont touch anything and the app runs well. (5star once bugs are fixed)

Great App

I am 74 and have been looking for an exercise routine that might do daily to "oil" my aging body. This turned out to be the winner and thus I step brightly into each day after the seven minutes that seem to magically bring my body back to a great level of functioning daily. Thanks for designing this so well. I have had no technical problems with this app at all

Finally, no crashes since last update on Apple Watch 2

Program

Was so disappointed. Have worked at this program for almost 2 years. Enjoyed doing the different workouts. Was informed program needed updating. When I did this, I was back to day one. No core workout. Just back to basics.

Effective workouts!

More effective than other workouts. Very targeted moves in so short a time.

Improved my health

I knew I was unfit. In the past I had always been active but now with work and family commitments I slowly did less and less. This app has really helped me get back some of my former fitness. Well designed, clear, and motivating. I dont want to miss a single day and lose a heart! Almost 3 months down and going strong.

Not Happy.

Bought the months subscription to all workouts. Worked for one day then froze on my Apple Watch. Followed the process to reinstall all workouts on the watch but will not download. Not happy. Contacted support but no reply.

Work That Body!

Seven is a stellar exercise app - best Ive ever used! Great for those times I cant/dont want to go to the gym, but, need exercise (and motivation). I like that I can focus on upper body, lower body, abs, or do a full body workout. The free workouts are really great! there are options for longer/more involved ones available for purchase. Ive got All my family and friends using Seven now. Its that good!!

Even though it is a fully featured app, it is super simple to use and does its job really well.

Great App With Annoyances

I love the app. Im about 4 weeks in and its great. However, however its working with the heart rate monitor is awful. Most of the time it struggles to get a heart rate or its half of what your actual heart rate is. Might just be me but I can flip over to the Apple heart rate monitor and it gets it. The other annoying thing is if you brush the screen on your watch the wrong way it will reset the workout which is really frustrating.

Its great fun, and you can always find time to squeeze in at least 7 minutes!

Best 7 min workout app on the go. A lot of variety in workout sequences. Definitely recommend.

Challenges me. Been too long without exercising. Seven Minutes is great Start!! Once you start there is flexibility in stretching or doubling up the exercises.
