Great app to keep you going while you are training. Makes it intense, but short. It seems like what you are doing is actually giving you some results.
The movements are well explained with 3D videos that you can rotate to see the full movement. The only downside, you dont know what muscle is getting worked out . Yes, you know what category the exercice classify itself in, but not precisely enough.
