What had happend to normal voice? Now I have to choose between annoying "motivational" voices guiding me. They arent just annoying. The most stupid "motivational scream" is "FASTER!" during plank and wall sit. Plank faster? Really?
The app is really helpful in training and losing weight. But PLEASE add the "Are you sure?" button when "Cancel" is pressed. I always accidentally press it and lose all the progress :( just ask if I really want to cancel. Add just one step, pretty please!
Unfortunately, when I wanted to unlock few separate workouts, I couldnt succeed. You only can buy a club membership to be able to see other workouts. Quite sad.

I changed my mobile from iPhone 5s to iPhone 7... I lost all my workouts, almost all my exercises and now I have to start from the beginning. And its not finished yet... this version has got some audio problems (only with iPhone 7), after some day of use it stars to make a horrible noise instead of normal sound and I can fix it only restarting my mobile. Terrible!
I really need an app like this free! To keep fit in a healthy way!

This is the first review Ive ever written and I would only write a review for an app I really, really just love! This app is awesome I just completed my first workout. I love how they let you have so much control with the voice and your workout.
Great workouts but app takes up a lot of storage
I love this app. Got rid of other workout apps and plans. This app helps create sustainable regiments for lasting results.
You can workout seven minutes a day. You can also work out 3-4 times a day for seven minutes. Super easy to fit into your day and it is a good workout routine. This is just the beginning.
Half the time, the Apple Watch app (original, 2015 model) will crash. The watch returns to the Home Screen without warning and does not record the workout at all. This is especially frustrating when youre waiting for the last workout step to finish only to find out that it has crashed and exited!
Trying the free version for a month, will get year membership if I feel great. Wondering: I have weak joints and need modifications to most body weight routines, is this a feature already integrated in the app??? It will heavily decide if I do get the club membership. I crave to be stronger but not at the expense of healthy joints and proper posture
