Best workout app Ive used

Incredible app. Love the easily understandable instructions and the progress chart. The variety of workouts added are great although I only really use 2-3. Just stick to 1 or 2 during the 7 months to refine your abilities. That way you dont shell out so much $$$. Overall, I couldnt live without this app. Well done!

Great App could use some work!

I love this app! I decided to download it when I first heard about 7 minute workouts and wanted to try it out. Me and my boyfriend were doing the belly burn to start our workouts almost everyday and soon decided it was worth the money to get them all as we saw them as useful. I do wish that the app was easier to use and maybe a little more instruction or options were given. They could be a bit more categorized by intensity and have the "instructor" tell you to keep your back straight or to tighten the proper muscles and to breathe! Otherwise theyre great quick workouts that really get your heart rate going and using muscles that should be worked!

Perfect App for 7 minute workout

App is great for guiding you through the 7 minute workout, with voice instructions and pictures. It tracks your workouts well and I find it helps motivate me to do the workout more often. I wish the extra workouts were cheaper, $1 or so each, or maybe that there was a $10 bundle option to buy them all outright. But for the basic routine from the scientific study, the app is perfect.

I use to like it

I use to love this app, where you unlocked new workout more you did. But now its expensive. You only get 1 workout and the rest you need to pay $7 per month. I wouldnt mind if that was the one time pay but monthly is too much..

For lazy me, perfect trainer indeed

It has pictures and sounds telling me what to do, and the heart score compels me to work out everyday. The charts and achievements are just what I need. It is perfect for office and at home. At least I feel proud of myself too having done these since New Year.

I like it.

The whistle sound of reminder scared me out, but it woke me up and let me start exercising. Its a good app.

Decent

It kinda forces you to workout everyday or you loose your 3 lives. Its only 8 minutes but those are painful in the beginning and you need rest. Sometimes you are sick etc. easy to loose motivation on game over. Should be easier to earn your lives back instead of waiting a month. Works well though and adverts are nicely placed so as not to get in the way of the purpose of the app.

Best work-out app!

After I quit gym I was longing for a work-out app that could help me stay fit AND this app saved my life! It includes all the exercises I used to do in gym. Loving it! ❤️

This is the first and only app that helps me pass the 60-day mark (and its still counting). Feeling great doing this scientifically proven way of exercise. Highly recommended for those who prefer to workout from home-- or a hotel room, or a tent, or wherever!

7 minutes to a healthier life

This is a great way for those with desk jobs to avert health problems and live longer. Set a 1-hour (or 2, depending on your work load) and take a 7-minute health break using this APP. Its not boring because you can change it to your liking.

Good Coaching App But...

I really like this workout app especially for the fact that it only takes 7 minutes. I am not a big fan of the stupid punishment system where if I miss a workout even once a week I am punished for that. If I miss too many workouts I lose all my hearts and cant advance to a different exercise. Really? For a 7 minute workout? Thats just ridiculous. I dont want to work out everyday of the week and I shouldnt be punished for that. Instead the app should in a positive way encourage me to want to exercise more often. I think it would be nice if I could also change the workout time as I progressed. Give me the option to do a 7, 10 and even a 15 minute workout if I feel Im ready.
