The first is ok but repetitive. After a couple of days I had to try and change things up by doing other exercises like leg extensions when I was supposed to do wall sit. Doing the same workout all the time is boring and not good. To get over this you have to buy more workouts at $3.99 quite expensive. Next when you take a day off if you dont run the workout you get a strike. You can get rid of that by paying a ransom $1.99 - more cash. 3 strikes and youre out. Also expecting someone not to miss for 7 months is unrealistic - more cash. All that is a turn off. They should stick to $0.99 workouts after the first one. I would pay that but not $4. And set more realistic expectations. Take a lesson from iTunes. Sometimes a lower cost reaps more rewards. I think I will look elsewhere.
